Glassing At Nowra Hotel

THE alleged glassing of a 20-year-old man forced the closure of a hotel at Nowra on the weekend.

A Culburra Beach man was confronted by a group of men at the rear of the Bridge Hotel at 11pm on Saturday.

Shoalhaven Police Inspector Wayne Thorpe said the man was struck on the side of the head with what was thought to be a bottle.
